Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

  1. You may return or exchange the product you purchased within 14 days from the moment your order is delivered to you.

  2. In order to initiate the return process, you must send an e-mail to info@altust.co including your order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for return.

  3. After the product you wish to return reaches us, it will be reviewed to determine whether it complies with the return conditions. You will receive an e-mail notification informing you whether your request has been accepted.

  4. Unless the error is on our side, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product.

  5. ALT ÜST cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

  6. Additional discounts applied to multiple-product purchases are special advantages granted when the products are purchased together. If, after a return, the number of products remaining in the order no longer meets the conditions for this advantage, the additional discount will become invalid and the standard discounted sales price will apply to the remaining product(s). In this case, the resulting price difference will be deducted from the refund amount and the transaction will be completed accordingly.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Any aging or stains that already existed on the product will not affect your return.

  2. Any package returned after the specified time period will be refused and sent back to the sender. The costs and risks related to the return of the product(s) are the responsibility of the sender.

REFUND

  1. After the product you wish to return reaches us, if it complies with the return conditions, the amount you paid for the product will be refunded to your account. The processing time may vary depending on your bank’s refund policy.

  2. Any shipping fee paid during the purchase, if applicable, is not included in the refund amount.
