Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by our Company, acting as the Data Controller, by being used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred, and/or classified in connection with business purposes as explained below.
Within this scope, in accordance with the laws and regulations enacted to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly the privacy of private life, and to protect personal data, our Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data, prevent unlawful access to your personal data, and ensure its preservation.
The target audience of this text consists of all natural persons whose personal data is processed by our Company, excluding Company employees and employee candidates who have applied for a job at our Company.
Personal data processed in the capacity of Data Controller includes, but is not limited to, the following: name, surname, Turkish Republic identification number, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, and cookie records.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to our Company, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data has been processed,
Request information if your personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is being used in accordance with that purpose,
Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
Request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to the above subparagraphs regarding correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,
Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK, you may submit your request regarding the exercise of the above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, you may personally deliver your request petition together with the necessary information identifying your identity, send it through a notary public or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, or send it to info@altust.co by e-mail with a secure electronic signature.
